What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship with a number of local courier companies including Courier Post, NZ Couriers and Aramex.   Tracking numbers are available.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Usually a couple of days for in country products.  Some items are flown in for you.  This happens weekly.   Items ordered prior to Thursday on any given week will normally be shipped out the following Tuesday.  Larger items like bags may not be available via air freight due to their size and/or weight. These items will be brought in using sea freight services.   Sea freight is considerably slower so allow plenty of time.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not sorry.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Orders of in-country stock may be cancelled or changed at any time up until the time they are shipped. Order for goods that are to be air freighted in CANNOT be changed or cancelled later than Wednesday evening. Air freighted goods are NOT returnable so it is important that correct sizes and/or colours are chosen.

How Can I Return A Product?
In-country stock can be returned within 7 days of purchase providing items has not been worn or used, all packaging is intact and all labels are still attached. Credits or refunds will not be applied until returned goods are checked. Freight will not be refunded and return freight is at the customers cost. IMPORTANT! Goods air freighted in for your order CANNOT BE RETURNED. Please ensure you order the correct size and/or colour when placing your order.
